Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac, Deputy Party Secretary cum Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics affirmed that in the course of revolutionary leadership, our Party has paid special attention to training and retraining cadres, considering this as the original work of the Party. Therefore, the Board of Directors of the Academy and leaders of the Central Inspection Commission of the Central Committee requested all students to proactively and actively participate in the refresher course, arrange time to focus on studying, abide by the rules and regulations of the refresher course and of the Academy, and apply their knowledge and experience from the refresher course to practice, successfully perform the tasks assigned, contributing to the Party building and rectification, building the developing localities and units. The content of the fostering and updating knowledge course for Chairman, Vice Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee at provincial and equivalent levels in 2021 is designed on the basis of regulations on training and fostering leaders and managers adopted by the Poliburo, as well as practical requirements for inspection and supervision work and practical development of the country in the new current period.
