Information of the doctoral thesis: The process of provincial Party committees in the Northwest mountainous region leads to build a contingent of ethnic minority cadres from 2006 to 2016

Regarding new academic and theoretical contributions, Firstly, the disertation systematizes the viewpoints and policies of the Party, requirements on building a contingent of ethnic minority cadres in the Northwest mountainous provinces, analyzes the policies and direction of the Party committees of Northwest province on building a contingent of ethnic minority cadres from 2006 to 2016. Secondly, the dissertation commented on the advantages, limitations, causes of the advantages and limitations in the process of provincial Party Committees of Northwest mountainous region leads to build the contigent of ethnic minority cadres from 2006 to 2016. Thirdly, the dissertation summarizes some valuable theoretical and practical experiences for the leadership in building a contingent of ethnic minority cadres of the provincial Party Committees of the Northwest mountainous region. Regarding the new points drawn from the research and survey, the dissertation summarizes some valuable theoretical and practical experiences for the leadership in building a contingent of ethnic minority cadres of the provincial Party committees in the Northwest mountainous region. Specifically: (i) Thoroughly grasping the Party’s lines and policies, the State’s policies and laws; closely follow the local reality, propose appropriate policies and solutions in building a contingent of ethnic minority cadres; (ii) Unifying awareness and promote responsibilities of organizations and forces in building a contingent of ethnic minority cadres; (iii) Implementing comprehensively and synchronously all stages in the process of building a contingent of ethnic minority cadres in which focusing on training and retraining; (iv) Promoting socio-economic development, create a positive change in material life, culture and qualification of ethnic minority cadres.
