Seminar on the book "Some theoretical and practical issues about socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam" by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong

Overview of the seminar With that important meaning, after a period of launching, the Organizing Committee of the seminar received 123 papers with diverse contents and different topics, showing the interest of the union members with the book. In the first session, the seminar focused on analyzing and presenting the content mentioned in the book. With presentations such as: “The value and meaning of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong's article”; "Some theoretical and practical issues about socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam” by Dr. Ha Thi Thuy Duong; MSc. Le Thi Thuy Huong, Faculty of Political Science, Can Tho University with presentations: "From the book of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong to improving learning efficiency and following the advice of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in universities", etc. In the second session, with an open, scientific and exciting atmosphere, the union members, students asked and exchanged questions with the Advisory Board of the seminar who are experienced lecturers of Can Tho University and Academy of Politics - Region IV. Many issues have been raised such as the role of youth in realizing the goal of becoming a developed and high-income country by the middle of the 21st century; in the revival of a progressive culture imbued with national identity in the context of globalization and the penetration of Western and Korean cultures...; in receiving and processing information, especially political information on the internet and social networks; about the role of students in agriculture, farmers and rural areas associated with the practice of the Mekong Delta... The Advisory Board exchanged and discussed with students Along with the content of the seminar, the Organizing Committee of the Opinion Writing Contest defended the ideological foundation of the Party and fought against the wrong and hostile views (second time, 2022) of Academy of Politics - Region IV and Can Tho University have launched a contest for lecturers and students of Can Tho University.
