Information of the doctoral thesis: The provincial Party Committees in the Mekong Delta leadership the construction contingent of Khmer cadres in the current period

Supervisor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Tuan, training institution Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics. Regarding new academic and theoretical contributions, firstly, the thesis introduces the concept of a team of Khmer people, builds a cadre of Khmer people and the provincial Party Committee in the Mekong Delta leads the building of a cadre of Khmer people. Secondly, the thesis outlines some leadership experiences in building a contingent of Khmer cadres of the provincial Party Committees in the Mekong Delta. Thirdly, the thesis proposes solutions to strengthen leadership and build a contingent of Khmer cadres of the provincial Party Committees of the Mekong Delta, which, focusing on two solutions: Concretize standards and evaluation criteria are specific to Khmer cadres in the political system; leaders promote the aspiration to rise and the self-consciousness of cultivation and training of the Khmer cadres. Regarding the new points drawn from research and survey results, the thesis has proposes 07 main solutions to strengthen the leadership of the provincial Party Committees in the Mekong Delta in building a contingent of Khmer cadres in the current period: Firstly, to raise awareness and responsibility of all levels of Party committees, authorities, socio – political organizations, party members and people in the Mekong Delta, about the position, the role of the staff is Khmer and the leadership of the provincial Party Committee of this region in building a contingent of Khmer cadres in the current period. Secondly, specifying standards, evaluation criteria are specific to Khmer cadres in the current political system in the Mekong Delta provinces. Thirdly, focus on leading the quality and effective implementation of the cadre work for the Khmer in the Mekong Delta provinces today. Fourthly, strengthening leadership and promoting the role of the government, the Fatherland Front, socio – political organizations, the people, and each cadre and party member in building a contingent of Khmer cadres in the Mekong Delta provinces. Fifthly, improving the quality of advisory and assisting agencies of the provincial Party Committees and Party Committees at all levels on cadre work in building a contingent of Khmer cadres in the Mekong Delta today. Sixthly, strengthening the inspection and supervision of the Provincial Party Committee of the Party Committee at all levels, party members in implementing the resolutions of the Provincial Party Committee in the Mekong Delta on building a contingent of Khmer people; leaders promote aspirations, the will to rise, the sense of self-discipline to cultivate, train and self-manage the Khmer cadres.
